Responsibilities:
Provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Assistant Manager, Sub-sea and Pipelines Operations Engineering (O) and keep up proper filing system.
Provides a complete confidential administration back-up to the Sub-sea and Pipelines Engineering Division (O) and its Section including typing of documents, i.e. faxes, memorandum, minutes and standard forms including technical data preparation related to Sub-sea and Pipelines Operations in the Oil and Gas industry.
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education plus 6 months training in secretarial work at a recognized institute.
2 - 4 years with secretarial and clerical background
With proficiency in English language (spoken & written).
Ability to type in English at 40 - 45 w.p.m.
Computer literate
Strong interpersonal skills.
