Responsibilities:
The sucessful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that their designated vessel has all equipment up to date and ready to despatch when docked, in accordance with the moving timescales of that vessel.
Interfaces with other members of the Materials &
Logistics department.
Ensures materials and equipment are controlled and processed in accordance with the relevant
process map for the function.
Considers health & safety as a priority during the duties being undertaken.
Must be flexible in approach to work andpossess the ability to change priorities as and
when business or client needs dictates.
Team work and the desire to assist other team members when required is an important part of
this role.
Must be conscientious in the control of documentation and the need to keep work areas
clean and tidy for other workers.
Knowledge of current UKOOA regulations essential.
Presentation
Well presented candidate is required who can work to company policy's and guidelines.
Requirements:
Good communication and organisational skills are required to do an effective job in the role of Warehouse Coordinator.
Used to working in a busy department to timescales.
Must be able to communicate on all levels both verbally and written.
Relevant Previous experience in a warehouse despatch or stores environment
Computer Literate
Previous exposure to SAP Materials Management Module
To work as part of a team in a busy environment.
