Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for the efficient co-ordination of document and records management services to ensure a high standard of information provision to the group, ensuring local processes and systems are aligned with the Client’s strategy and directions.
This requires you to promote document and records management services within the group and possibly train the business unit’s staff in document and records management process and systems.
You will actively communicate and liaise with the company’s project team and management personnel, in-house library staff and others in the information services group.
Requirements:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as high attention to detail awareness are required to fulfil this role.
To be successful in this position you will have previous working experience in a similar position related to documents and records management in a professional business environment.
Previous work in the oil and gas industry would be an advantage.
