Requirements:
University degree in technical field or similar.
Long experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost estimates, manpower and facilities requirements.
Technical background with management experience desired
Fluent in English and Norwegian both oral and written
Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate and understand customer’s needs and requirements
Excellent leadership skills
Must have proven technical problem-solving ability
Be able, at times, to work under stress
Must be dedicated, organized and be an effective team builder.
