Job Description:
Manages the administrative functions for the executive. Know and understand [Company]Quality Policy with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, and Workplace Instructions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reads and routes mail
- Maintains filing system
- Anticipates and prepares materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments meetings, etc.
- Assist with administrative details
- Handles all duties in a confidential manner
- Files correspondence and other records
- Answers telephone and handles incoming communications appropriately
- Schedule appointments
- Arranges travel schedule, makes reservations
- Create presentations
- Attend regular team meetings, including monthly safety and employee communications meetings
- Prepare notes, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and comply policies of [Company]
- Perform various other duties within the physical constraints of the job.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English language style and grammar
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Power Point
- SAP and JDE knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of requirements for international travel
Preferred:
Basic accounting skills a plus
