[Company]is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist, EPCA (Engineering, Procurement Construction Advisor),for our cient's Houston, TX office.

Position Requirements:
- 10 Years of Contract Experience developing Contracts for on-shore and off-shore Lump Sum and Reimbursable Contracts. Contract types to include EPC, EPCM and Service Contracts.
- Responsible for ITT development to include Terms and Conditions, Compensation, Finalization of Terms and Conditions, Development of Commercial Evaluation Plans and acts as the Commercial Lead during evaluations.
- Requires willingness to travel to Affiliates in East Africa and other locations for ITT coordination and evaluations.
- Estimated trip durations 1-2 weeks.
- Individual must be a self starter capable of organizing and controlling all aspects of Contract Project Development(s).
- Must be well versed in: Word, Excel and Power Point
- ExxonMobil Procurement Experience desired
