Job Description:
Work the nation’s hottest basin for one of the basin’s most active drillers! This privately held E&P company is headed by proven winners in the domestic e&p arena. Already successful builders of a mid-sized E&P, the principals are up and running with a strong asset base in the Barnett Shale play, and in need of a senior drilling engineer to get the asset producing! Already with wells in operation, the plan is to drill 60-70 wells a year, with a 4 Rig program.
Strong technical staff is in place already, but the company needs this drilling expert to execute the plan.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have 15+ years drilling engineering experience with Oklahoma and Texas assets.
- Should have experience managing service companies and contractors, and a proven success record of large-scale drilling operations is a must.
Strong salary, benefits and bonus plan are in place, relocation is available.
Office is commutable from Fort Worth. We personally know the Operations Manager – great guy to work with, knows the asset and has the ear of the principals of the company!
