Job Description
Oil & Gas - Valve and Instrumentation Wholesale/Distributor looking to hire full time individual for the position of receptionist, with additional duties as required, including marketing support.
Requirements:
· Experience in fast-paced office setting
· Excellent organizational skills
· Superior communication skills
· Team player
· Professional phone skills
We are an aggressive, fast-paced company, so we are looking for people with a strong desire to grow and succeed. We are looking for an individual that is energized by new duties and a fast-paced environment.
The bulk of the job is reception/office duties including phones, e-mails and support to sales staff. However, many additional tasks will be given including organizing company events, coordinating travel and many others.
