Position purpose:
The candidate will participate or lead project T&L strategy development and implementation and may be assigned as a T&L project lead. The candidate will identify and advise project and Supply Management of commercial risks. May participate in internal and external Supply Management presentations.
Works with and sometimes directs others in T&L regarding implementation and support of Supply Management programs and procedures. Works with project personnel to plan and support T&L execution for the project. Coordinates with Project Management, Construction Management, Business Development, Legal and Finance during all phases of project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to T&L management (including but not limited to, safety and ethics).
- Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of negotiation and administration activities.
- Fulfillment to T&L requirements during project performance.
- Effective supervision of change activity to assure adequate protection of the company.
- Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting and corrective action.
- Effectiveness of relationships with suppliers, management, customers, support organizations, and project team members.
Qualifications:
- The best-qualified candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in supply management or related field, with specific experience in Transportation & Logistics.
- Understanding of project delivery processes as well as overall corporate resource capabilities is important.
- The candidate must have strong communication and writing skills and be able to effectively author internal and external communications, proposals and reports.
- High levels of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is important.
