Contracts Specialist/Paralegal
The client. is seeking a Contracts Specialist for our office in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will report to Tony Linardi, General Counsel in the Mississauga office. The major responsibilities of the position are outlined below but will not be limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the review, negotiation and administration of contracts and sub-contracts, contract and insurance complaints, contract file maintenance and other related activities.
• Involved in a broad range of practice areas, including engineering and construction contracts, general risk management and other aspects of commercial law.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum diploma or degree required;
• Must have 2 or more paralegal and or contracts administration or negotiation experience;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Bright, mature, detail orientated, organized and personable;
• Enjoys working independently and taking on responsibility
