Job Responsibilities
Golder Associates Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Specialist for our office in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will report to General Counsel in the Mississauga Office. The major responsibilities of the position are outlined below but will not be limited to the following:
• Assist with the review, negotiation and administration of contracts and subcontracts, contract and insurance compliance, contract file maintenance and other related activities.
• Involved in a broad range of practice areas, including engineering and construction contracts, general risk management and other aspects of commercial law.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum diploma or degree required.
• Must have 2 or more years of paralegal and/or contracts administration or negotiation experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bright, mature, detail-oriented, organized, and personable.
• Enjoys working independently and taking on responsibility
