Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise activities of service or technical personnel via assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
Monitor daily progress of jobs and projects.
Supervise field service technicians and provide technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
Optimize operational efficiencies.
Follow up on service tool repair orders in coordination with supply chain and workshop personnel.
Audit jobs at well site and job problem solution.
Manage training and mentor field engineers.
Perform pre and post job debriefing, also to review and assess field personnel capabilities.
Provide technical assistance for field operations.
Approve field time sheets, bonus and meal allowances and identify opportunities for technical training.
Requrirements:
10+ years experience in an oilfield operations environment.
Thorough understanding of Baker Oil Tools product lines and services.
Advanced knowledge of BOT product lines, Open and Cased Hole Completions, Sand Control and Wellbore Interventions.
Knowledge and extensive experience in HPHT, Deep Wells and has the ability to work and lead a diversified team of professionals with ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
Ability to use specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.
Thorough understanding of customer requirements.
Strong customer relationship awareness.
Must be able to make onsite, field decisions.
Strong team leadership.
Good computer skills.
