Requirements:
Engineering degree
Competent supervisory skills.
Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Good knowledge of rig floor operations and associated tool handling procedures.
Ability to operate general hand tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer software
Advanced technical writing skills.
Competent trainer.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Responsibilities:
8 years experience of relevant oilfield experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong skills in computer database operations (Ms. Access, Q Pulse).
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and procedures.
