Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of Fishing & Re-Entry service Business Unit to ensure compliance with company policies. Maximizing market share, revenues and profit by controlling cost, developing marketing strategies and introducing new technologies.
Requirements:
QHSSE procedural knowledge.
Sales & marketing experience
Excellent operational and technical skills in relation to relevant Weatherford products and services.
Ability to develop and implement plans and strategies.
Ability to develop staff to full potential.
Excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills (including presentation skills).
Ability to develop staff to full potential.
Knowledge of relevant computer software (Ms Office, Visio)
Good knowledge of oilfield product and services.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
High School education
15+ years experiences in oilfield services.
Ability to motivate and develop staff
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Experience in relevant Weatherford products & services
Experience in a similar position
Degree / Diploma (4 years) in a petroleum, mechanical engineering / management discipline or equivalent.
Willingness to learn new skills
