Job Description:
- Performs mechanical and general repairs on buildings, machinery and equipment at the direction of the supervisor.
- Coordinates maintenance of grounds surrounding company buildings with limited supervision.
- Duties will involve physical effort such as lifting and moving objects and materials.
- Coordination of courier services, pool car maintenance and service, security, shipping and receiving and general administrative assistance with limited supervision.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities through daily inspection, cleaning, upkeep, and repairs to grounds, buildings, mechanical and electrical equipment, furniture and finishing.
- Maintain and service fleet of company pool vehicles for employee use.
- Provide courier services including pickup and delivery of mail, bank runs, shuttling of personnel and vehicles, pickup and delivery of back-up computer tapes and hard copy records, miscellaneous requested errands.
- Maintain access control system and card database security by opening and securing buildings daily, testing security system, monitoring facility for unknown personnel and trespassers.
- Receive, log, and distribute inbound deliveries/small packages.
- Provide physical and logistical support to internal teams as requested, such as delivering boxes, making coffee, assembling/moving/repairing furniture, preparing rooms for meetings, servicing office machines, etc.
- Maintain contact with vendors and service providers to ensure prompt and appropriate maintenance and repairs to equipment, and to bid small projects being performed on company buildings.
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
- Valid Arkansas Driving License.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift more then 50 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime.
