Job Description:
- Provides friendly, courteous, and quality telephone support for desktop hardware, software, network, email and other standard desktop applications, and printing issues to all clients.
- Analyzes problems reported and remotely provide solutions to issues.
- Refers issues that can't be solved over the phone using remote tools to Level 2 Support Team.
- Maintains a record of all calls and outcome in Help Desk software.
Required Skills:
- Possesses a limited understanding of SWN's hardware in the desktop environment.
- Possesses a limited understanding of the desktop productivity software and the business application software that resides on the network/desktop.
- Possesses a limited understanding of the network architecture, software, and hardware.
- Possesses a limited understanding of the Company's Communications and mid range computing environment.
- Possesses the ability to successfully work with and communicate to business area personnel.
