Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit exceptional individuals to work in teams of Pipeline, Umbilical and Structural Engineers in our Houston Office.
Position requirements:
- A comprehensive understanding of finite element modeling with a capability to work from first principles and familiarity with a commercial package such as Abaqus
- A strong knowledge in structural engineering combined with a keen interest in non-linear mechanical behavior is preferred
- An enthusiasm for research and development orientated projects related to the offshore environment
- For this position it is expected that you will have a doctorate with at least one of your core competencies relevant to any of the above.
- Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative whilst contributing to the overall success of the team.
- It is expected that you will be an excellent communicator, take responsibility for various projects, and provide a problem-solving approach that meets the requirements of our clients.
