Job Description:
[Company]has an immediate requirement for Subsea Engineering Project Managers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager role is focused on delivering successful deepwater subsea engineering projects for our various clients.
- He/she will do this by leveraging[Company]’s engineering and management resources to design state of the art subsea solutions on projects world wide.
- He will be located either in a [Company]engineering resource center or in a client office and will work closely with the client Engineering and Project Teams to determine upcoming workload, and key commercial and technical drivers for a variety of projects.
- He will use this knowledge to develop Cost-Time-Resource plans with the [Company]engineering teams that satisfy the technical and commercial parameters of each project.
- The Project Manager will plan and coordinate [Company]resources, schedule and chair kick-off meetings and project plans with the [Company]Client team
- ensure proper technical and commercial reporting is in place and followed for each project
- monitor and enforce project milestones
- and schedule and chair wrap up and quality improvement meeting
Profile:
- 10 years experience in subsea engineering and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design processes for the subsea environment.
- Knowledge of offshore installation procedures for subsea architecture and installation experience.
- Experience managing project groups and working across company interfaces.
- Results orientated.
- International experience is a plus.
