Location: Kuantan, Malaysia

Requirements:

Plant or On-shore experience to perform preliminary screening and study of the Change of Design (COD)
Able to perform economic study
Do justification for budget approval by management
Able to work with other department such as Operations and Maintenance
Able to write scope of work for Engineering as well as the associated deliverables.
10 years working experience most of which shall be from the Plant Operation or On-shore background. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Registered with BEM (for local candidates).
