Responsibilities;
Deliver workshop services as ordered by Project Management assuring a service level as described in inter department agreement.
Implementation and maintenance of customer - supplier concept such that all workshop personnel know their role and are empowered to act accordingly
Take full responsibility as member of management team and commit to deliver results.
Real costs versus calculated costs
On time deliveries
Internal customer (Project Department) satisfaction with deliveries of results and performance reports
Compliance with company standards
Demonstrating company valued attitude both within and outside the management team.
Adapt workshop capability to long term company plans received from Business development
Implement and maintain systems, structures and attitudes to improve and align project execution
Manage and follow up workshop managers and foremen closely to support performance in line with job instruction and secure deliveries
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher, with Technical subjects
Relevant branch experience regarding offshore/onshore technical/economical business processes
Good English language knowledge and IT skills
Significant initiative, flexibility, cooperation leadership skills
