Job Description
Specific responsibilities
· Verify, enter and maintain freight cost requirements in Vantage
· Investigate freight cost discrepancies
· Coordinate with purchasing on the completion and entering of inbound receipts in Vantage
· Coordinate with Field Services and Sales on the completion and entering of RMA’s in Vantage
· Coordinate with Traffic Coordinator on the processing of shipping and customs documentation as applicable (waybills, commercial invoices, FCC, B13 and NAFTA)
· Assist in loading trailers for outgoing shipments when required
· Assist in offloading trailers for inbound shipments when required
· Check all inbound and outbound documentation thoroughly for accuracy
· Back up and aid the Traffic Coordinator when necessary
· Be able to cross-train into the other Materials functions and aid in the positions as needed
· General cleanup of the immediate work area required daily
· Maintains a safe working environment by following safety rules and regulations

· Ensuring freight costs and codes are accurate
· Processing inbound and outbound transactions
Preferred Qualifications
· Completed Grade 12 and have 2 years of related shipping/receiving and customs experience including domestic, trans border and international transportation
· Posses excellent computer data entry, ERP, and database skills
· Driver's License with clear driver abstract
· Alberta Forklift certification
