Job Specifications:
- Insure that Production employees work in a safe manner.
- Supervise and participate in personnel, pipeline and production activities.
- Establish personnel assignments for Pipeline, Production and other operations
- Work effectively with State and Federal Agencies.
- Supervise and participate in pipeline activities which include directing physical gas flow by setting points and gas controls, and operating compressor dehydration regulators.
- Supervise and participate in production activities including daily area operator activities, bailing, and swabbing and service rig work.
- Work with Superintendent and Engineering in regards to production enhancement activities and lease review.
- Manage new well location construction, road construction and pipeline projects.
- Maintain cost controls to minimize spending, reduce downtime, enhance system throughput and increase gas production.
- Maintain forecasted optimum production levels and effectively assist area operators to optimize District production.
- Organize and plan the maintenance work of pipeline and production facilities.
- Monitor fluid production, coordinate oil sales and water disposal activities.
- Coordinate lease maintenance.
- Prepare budge estimates for capital and direct expenses.
- Track area costs throughout the year.
- Prepare AFE’s for projects.
- Prepare and/or oversee preparation of reports.
Job Requirements:
- High School degree; BA or Technical degree a plus.
- Min of 5 years oil & gas experience.
- Must a have valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
