Job Description
The construction group at [Recruiter] is currently looking for a Field Electrical Coordinator. The select candidate will be responsible for working with the construction and engineering groups to help create and review bid packages for different construction projects reporting to the construction manager. The focus of the packages will be electrical, and instrumentation & controls, but also contain mechanical elements.
Responsibilities
The candidate responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with Engineers and Construction to prepare bid packages for construction
- Evaluate current construction and prepare technical reports for project managers
- Analyze job specifications and plans and determine labor, equipment and material cost requirements
- Attend field Pre-Bid walk-throughs, maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and future customers
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-5 years electrical or Instrumentation & Controls field experience
- Electrical/Instrumentation technician background
- Field estimating experience
- Degree or technical Diploma focused in Electrical or Control Systems
- Years of Experience 4
