Responsibilities:
Review drawings, plans, review contracts specifications & perform estimations, Develop & interpret CPM schedules, sequence Electrical construciton work activities to minimize interferences between other trades, contractors on the project.
Provide technical input to support and resolve construt-ability issues
Promote the security, safety and health of our people on the work site;
Cooperate and consult with safety advisors;
Liaise with the site superintendent to ensure jobs are completed to budget, schedule and estimates;
Develop and promote initiative to improve cost effectiveness;
Provide and identify training needs for employees
Coordinate staff on site.
The Supervisor is accountable to the Superintendent for the safe conduct of all work activities under their control on site
Requirements:
Should hold a degree/degree in Electrical Engineering,
Should hold minimun 10 - 12years of experience in the similar capacity
Preferred construction experience in Aluminium Smelter / Heavy Industries
