Responsibilities:
Work in early phase projects to mature the concept solutions towards the next decision gate
Push forward the technology development in marine concepts together with the R&D centres
Identify new business opportunities
Ensure that the cooperation between the R&D/early phase units works
Requirements:
MSc/BSc

have an overall understanding of the business
are highly self-sufficient and take the initiative
are creative/solution-oriented
have good cooperation skills
are target-driven and solution-oriented

At least 3-5 years' relevant experience
