Responsibilities:
- Supervise 15-35 employees in a machine/manufacturing environment.
- Train workers in job responsibilities, safety procedures and company policies.
- Manage, direct and train employees.
- May assist with recruitment and promotions of employees.
- Maintain employee records.
- Complete annual employee performance evaluations.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work day or night shift.
- The successful candidate must have previous shop experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
- Crane & forklift certification required
