Responsibilities:
Translates Client and Aker Process Ltd. requirements into project/business goals
Acts as the Project Manager for a large package in a LS (EPC) or LSTK project
Prepares, completes and manages high quality project execution plans
Pro-actively manages the total project in particular the risks and opportunities in the various areas (people, execution, business etc.)
Leads/ manages and aligns the various parties (internal and external), which directly or indirectly are involved in the project
Manages/ meets financial Aker Process Ltd. and Client targets (costs, profits, TIC, LCC etc.)
Ensures that project execution fully complies with contractual commitments.
Identifies, manages, mitigates/exploits Risks and Opportunities
Pro-actively initiates/promotes a business/ commercial attitude on the project
Develops, maintains and fosters internal and external relations
Acts as Interface Manager on a PMC project
Requirements:
TU, BSc, MSc Technical Discipline
Minimum 10 years project experience on multidisciplinary projects in preferably the chemical and petrochemical industry
Broad expertise and knowledge of the work processes and functions which make up a project
Fluent in English
Past experience of executing projects in Europe
Frequent travel needed to visit sites, attend Client/Licensor meetings etc.
