What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing web content, such as up to date oil and gas jobs. Using an RSS reader of your choice, you can view our job feeds and the new oil and gas jobs we are adding as they are made available to us.

How Do I Access RSS?

RSS Readers will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial RSS readers are available for download.

If you do not yet have an RSS reader, you can search for any of the readers in the drop down list (in Step 1) above in your favorite search engine to find out more about the reader itself. Note that Internet Explorer 7 and FireFox have native RSS support.

Many readers are separate, "stand-alone" programs; other services will let you add RSS feeds to a web page. Yahoo! users can add RSS feeds to your My Yahoo! page; to make this easier, we allow you to select your reader first and then our feed links will be formatted in such a way that you can simply click on the button alongside the feed to add it.
